.- Corrected an error that could prevent keeping
 the original video in sources with multipart
 playlists in a movie-only backup, even though
 it will fit without reencoding.
- Added code to prefer 3D playlists over non-3D
 playlists when selecting the default playlist
 for movie-only encoding. Note:  The selected
 playlist can still be overridden using the
 "Other Movie-Only Playlist" menu option.
- Made changes so that "ENCODER_MENU=1" actually
 displays the encoder menu.
- Corrected a "PredictAndEncode() 00053 2806"
 error when FRIMEncode is used while "Use x264
 internal LAVF..." is selected.
- Added code to tell BD-RB to use the SSIF file
 as the source for 3D encoding when the two
 component M2TS files are not complete.
- Other minor corrections and cosmetic fixes.
