Having a nice looong weekend.

Wednesday was Stephs graduation .... She got her teaching degree.. with distinction. I'm stoked !!

Iron Man 3 afterwards.

Yesterday was ANZAC day (public holiday). Didn't go to the dawn service but watched the Gallipoli service on TV.

Had an owed Rostered Day Off today. Took the wifes car in for a service and new tyres, A couple of rolls of film for developing. Hope they turn out ok as they're pretty old. Bought some pieces for the flue on the old fire combustion stove. I'll hook that up over the weekend and fire it up. It sits out in the pergola. Hope I don't smoke everyone out.

Last but not least, spray some pests on my Lemon tree and Daphne bush.

What's everyone elses plans ?

Plans upcoming for me... Joe Bonamassa show next Tuesday and I was granted permission to photograph. Looking forward to it. This weekend, just relaxing here Stateside. My oldest daughter turns 14 next week. Have to plan a little something for her. As she gets older, she is wanting to hang with friends more than her old man. Understandable, but sad... the grey hair I obtained was worth it.

Very much so Joel. Steph's a very modest girl so it was a suprise to find out she passed with distinction.

Now all she has to do is get into a school somewhere. She's doing some volunteer teaching a couple of days per week. Helps with experience.

Fingers crossed for her.

Best of luck to her. I have started volunteering myself as of late. Helping out at a Long term Seniors facility a couple days a week to try and keep my mind going...
