Not so worried about it here in the mid-west. Alan is on the coast and I have not heard from him in a while. Hope he is prepared.

Just heard the winds may not be as strong but they're expecting a big ocean surge and a lot of rain. Like one in a hundred year event... The low lying areas to cop it.

In the east coast we're supposed to get it soon. I'm in Boston, and was supposed to see it by 8am. It's 11:30 and not seeing anything!

Alan is in New Jersy, and that place looks a mess.

Hey guys I just spoke with Alan about an hour ago. he was supposed to be evacuated but the center ran out of room he said. He is pretty much trapped at home with no power, can't get gas anywhere, no hydro and running out of food he said. His cell was almost out of power so I told him I would call him again tomorrow.



He needs our prayers!!!

Hey guys a quick update.

Alan is in Ocean City NJ and I just got off the phone with him (Cell). He has a bit of canned soup left and his gas is working so he can heat it. Hehas an old transistor radio that he is getting news on and says the areas around him are starting to get sporatic power. he says not to worry and he will be fine and he says thanks for the thoughts and prayers. I will give him a shout again tomorrow morning and update you all!

Hey guys good news Alan just messaged me and his power has just come back on. he has now gone to try and help a friend who is still without power. So things are looking up thank god!

Pretty hard to keep Alan away from a puter I think he will be back at it full time shortly!

I did however hear in the news that another storm is heading his way so he needs to prepare for a cold snap. Hopefully not too much in it.

I just spoke to Joel, and he said he told you all about my adventure in horror from the Hurricane, I managed to make it but many others did not. I am working with the relief effort now so I thnk you all for thinking of me.

What's up Alan. Glad to hear from ya. Hope you're doing okay. Thinking about your situation prompted me, just now, to make an online donation for the relief effort there. Hope you return to some semblance of normalcy as soon as possible.
