Been pretty quiet on the AFL this year.
And I've been pretty vocal on the ugly style of game being played in general and lack of scoring. Honestly it hasn't changed.
That being said... The top 4 sides made it though to the preliminary finals and Geelong was one of them. And as nervous as I am Geelong won their final against home town favourites Brisbane. Across to another state …. Richmond won against home town favourites Port Adelaide ….in South Australia
So Its Richmond vs Geelong this Saturday night up at the 'GABBA'   in Brisbane (Queensland). 90% of all games were played up there as they had minimal covid cases and all teams played in hubs' . This allowed the season to proceed.
I won't be watching it live... too nervous. I'll wait until after and watch if it's a 'good' game ha ha !! Richmond play an ugly style . Geelong play a controlled style... Here's hoping.
