Yes indeed and is quite popular... Women playing Aussie Rules footy... a womens comp .
The first round started Friday night and it was a 'lockout' !! They couldn't let anymore spectators in !!!
The disposal of the ball by hand and foot is a bit inconsistent ... but they play a very physical game... and it's great to watch..... Only a handful of teams but hopefully it will grow ... fingers crossed.

As a father with daughters, I enjoy girls in sports. Hope it take off. Girls sports stateside, not so much.
