FF essential addons etc?
Hi
Having used Comodo variants of Google Chrome & Firefox.
Am now trying FF for first time.
Any suggestions as to what addons etc to add.

I use WOT (web of trust) for determining website reputation when searching.
I also use NoScript
I use Pocket for saving pages to read later.
I also use AdBlock
I also use colorful tabs to help distinguish individual tabs.

Hi
Thanks for your input.
Am trying all the above.
Ecept HTTPS-Everywhere.
Doesn't show up.
The nearest is HTTPS Nowhere.
Which just won't let anything display on my set up.
Could be novice error though.

I use these two based on your recommendation. NoScript can be a pain in the ass until you get used to it.

Comodo is in the press for having holes in their software and SSL...

I used to swear by their firewall... won't bother with it now- stopped in 2011 with the first deal in the press.

Re: FF essential addons etc?
The issue here is with their PrivDog extension/add-on so.......
A quote from the URL u posted
"This "potential issue" only exists in PrivDog versions 3.0.96.0 and 3.0.97.0 that have never been distributed by Comodo and are not present in the company's browsers"
Personally so haven't i used PD since v2.x. Got fed up with putting a lot of sites in the Whitelist so they would function properly.
Regarding their firewall so is there no issue(s) with it @ all 2 my knowledge. To be honest so is Comodo's Firewall 1 of the better free firewalls out there.
