Yongnuo YN560-TX
I have three Yongnuo YN560 III speedlites and I find them easy to use, but when I need to change the settings on each flash with using the RF-603 II, it can be a pain. Enter the YN560-TX. I can now set each flash in a group and customize the output from behind the camera. Been doing senior portraits and the YN-560 III's have been my flash of choice.
Great kit. Not sure if there is a Nikon version on the market yet, but the Canon one rocks for the cost.
That said, when these things crap out, I will likely go to the Cactus system.

HA!!! I wish... I keep a beard so I don't look so ugly... Shame it's going grey! Having daughters, I tell ya!
That's one of the kids I shot photos for High School Senior portraits this year.
