Which satnav?
Re: What satnav?
Hi
I use a Garmin 1690 in the car.
It fits in a space in dash.
At work used to use GO 950.
Now spare.
Currently use either a GO LIVE 1005HDT Europe
or
GO 6000.
The latter still needs some features adding in my view.

I use Tom Tom, because I received it as a present, Not impressed with having to pay for updates, so it's not been updated since I got it about 2 years ago.

On my second TomTom. Latest one has lifetime free updates... But lifetime likely means the product life cycle. That said, it has been great.
Also use my iPhone with Google Maps (not the iOS Maps).

Re: What satnav?
I am a TomTom user myself, Has only ever sent me wrong once and that was when it gave an instruction to turn right just 20 yards too soon and before I had passed the earlier right turn. This was on our first visit to our sons new house in Marlow. I have driven there a number of times since and it still says turn right too early, I should really inform them and they would reprogramme it. I did that once before when a road near to us was turned into a one way stretch, I used the Satnav to inform TomTom and within a couple of days they had changed it.
