Hi Dave i have just removed the Java script code for the snow effect. See if that does the trick.

If your browser has the option for Active X Filtering try enabling or disabling which might get the functions back for you...

I have just found that if I enable Active X Filtering in ie then the quote stuff works for me but then the Snowman image and Stocking do not show properly at the top of the forum.

Could not remove the Snowman or Stocking as i could not find details for them? They must be hidden in the CSS which I do not want to mess with as I have know idea what Zeb may have altered. Let me know if any of this helps and if not we will just have to wait for Zeb when he is free.

Thanks Joel for the information quote button still not working switched to internet explorer still not working but I can upload images from my files to the forum If I try to use firefox to upload images firefox just crashes also cannot use save image as when using google images weird will have too do somemore googling

Open internet explorer. Top right of screen click on the Gear icon which is tools, go to safety and make sure there is a check mark in Active X Filtering. Then log on to this site and the quote stuff should all work.

I have removed some scripts that mean IE should now work in regards the "Quote" stuff.

Without any of the above.



Sorry it took a while.

As it looks like the snow is about to hit the UK.
Replaced snow effect on home page.
This shouldn't affect IE with regards to "quote" etc.
It appears OK my end.
Anyone experiencing probs.
Just post here.

No problem here... Chrome & Firefox. Won't use IE ever!
